Visited "my Japanese family" who hosted me 26 years ago when I was doing an internship near Osaka. They since then moved to Kyushu island. I was not supposed to stay that long, but I love it so much here that i find it difficult to live. Japan is a stunning country with amazing people (and food of course)! I really enjoy the environment to be very rural! |

Visited some relatives and friends and basically toured the whole country staying one week at each location. Loved it! It enabled me to reconnect with friends I would usually spend visit 1-2 days max. Completely different approach: they allowed me to get a bit deeper into their daily lives and it allowed us to have more meaningful conversations. |
