The town is pretty sleepy right now due to COVID, but the weather has been great, and the food is delicious and inexpensive. If need internet, stay near Playa Zicatela if you don't stay in La Punta. There are great waves but you might struggle to get any with the locals. There is no surf edicate here which is a bummer. |

Floripa is beautiful, there is amazing hiking, surfing, windsurfing, and snorkeling. The people are lively, there is great nightlife. The cost of living in Floripa is much higher than the rest of Brazil, but it is very safe comparatively speaking. If you like beach communities I recommend Lagoa, if you like surfing I recommend living in Campeche, less traffic and more waves. |

This is a very sleepy fisherman's village, the nightlife is nonexistent. The weather during this time was very windy and cold. We didn't end up surfing much after September because it was so cold and rainy out all the time. I don't recommend staying here during the late fall. The coworking space there is AMAZING though, I really love the family that runs it, and it has crazy fast internet. |

I am in love with Bali. It's beautiful, spiritual, has amazing surf, everyone is so happy, it's safe, affordable. It's amazing, one of my favorite places to go to over and over again. |
