Hi everyone,

Iโ€™m experimenting with a small concept near Bucharest and would love to hear if it resonates with anyone here. I have a beautiful chalet-style house in Breaza, a quiet hill town about one hour from Bucharest, surrounded by nature. Iโ€™m thinking of turning it into a small creative residency / long-stay retreat for remote workers, writers, artists or founders who want to spend 1โ€“6 months living somewhere peaceful.
The house would host a small community of up to 10 residents, so it stays quiet and personal.

The idea would be simple:
โ€ข private rooms or duplex apartments
โ€ข fast internet for remote work
โ€ข two meals per day included
โ€ข each resident gets their own small corner of the garden (for relaxing, gardening or growing things)
โ€ข lots of nature and quiet space, but still close to a capital city

More like a temporary home for focused work and slow living rather than typical accommodation. Iโ€™m currently testing the idea and looking for the first people interested
