Grew up in a small town in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. Spent much of my adult life in and around Cape Town, interspersed with travel time and two 1 year stints in London. Most recently, I spent a year living in the Midlands. I'm now nomading around Europe to eventually find a new base.

My primary hobby for the last few years has been Highland Dancing, but I always have a list of others. At the moment that includes handstand/contortion classes, hiking, climbing, rowing, tenor drumming. Also recently started skiing and love it!

I keep myself informed and together with meditation, coaching, journaling, podcasts and audiobooks.
