Iโ€™m Alex Morelli, Co-Founder of CoLivingOne in Rimini, Italy: a CoLiving project designed for digital nomads, remote workers, entrepreneurs, and young professionals who want more than just a place to sleep.
My work focuses on creating living spaces where people can connect, work, build projects, share ideas, and feel part of a real community. Iโ€™m especially interested in the future of flexible living, remote work, hospitality transformation, and how underused buildings can become meaningful places for international communities.
In Rimini, Iโ€™m building a CoLiving ecosystem that combines private and shared rooms, coworking areas, events, wellness, networking, and startup-oriented experiences. The goal is to offer a practical base for nomads who want the Italian lifestyle, the Adriatic coast, good infrastructure, and a community-driven environment.
Iโ€™m also involved in projects around entrepreneurship, innovation, and the development of CoLiving in Italy, including initiatives to connect
