The secret to living is giving!
Nature lover, dog dad to Elsa (my 14 year-old Staffy), real food enthusiast and someone who believes movement is medicine. Iโ€™m a spinal rehabilitation specialist and MSK clinician who recently closed my private back pain clinic in the UK after an unwanted property buyout. I decided to turn a frustrating ending into an exciting new beginning. I lived in Brazil 20 years ago for a year, and I have deep respect for local culture wherever I land, and Iโ€™m currently learning European Portuguese daily so I hit the ground running when I arrive in the Algarve later this summer. Youโ€™ll find me doing Brazilian JiuJitsu (need to find a local club), walking coastal trails with Elsa, and helping people move and feel better as I develop my online services. Iโ€™ll be needing a videographer/editor. If you know good spots around Lagos or Portimรฃo, or just want to connect with someone who takes life seriously but not themselves, say helloโ€ฆ
