Weather-related cancellations are subject to the venue’s policy. A free cancellation is possible only if rain is forecast on Weathernews and the venue approves the cancellation during the two hours before play, between 18:00 and 20:00. If we need to cancel, we’ll announce it here on Meetup as soon as the venue confirms. No participation fee will be charged if the event is officially cancelled under these conditions.
