Immerse yourself in the gentle ripples of the Ping river this Saturday. Kayaking on Ping river is an ideal setting to enhance or begin one's mindfulness practice, with the calm waters and scenic surroundings providing an invitation to relax in the present moment and the rhythmic motions of paddling providing an invitation to be alert and connected.
