Iโ€™m a 38-year-old Australian based in central Italy with my husband in his small town. Iโ€™m a freelance travel writer and photographer, and brand consultant. I travel a lot for work and fun and to escape the European winters I canโ€™t seem to make friends with. I've been a digital nomad since 2013, I suppose for the last 6 years I'd more call myself location independent as I like to have a proper base!

I love immersing myself in foreign cultures and getting deep under the skin of a place, and Iโ€™m super interested in alternative lifestyles โ€“ remote work and digital nomad life, off-grid setups, connecting with nature, communal living, and revitalizing abandoned towns and spaces.
