Stayed here for one night and visited notably for the Serbian people of Lusatia. Drank beer (of course) and has a good time. The city is very charming and calm but the history is brutal and extremely depressing when you know the details... |

Just passed by Prague on our way to Bautzen. My dad showed me some locations where he lived when he was younger and we went by the downtown. |

Plzen at night was very empty except for a few young people hanging out. We didn't really expect that. We drank a few litres of beer of course since that's why we even came to Plzen in the first place haha. The people were more "keep to themselves" than Slavs usually would be, but besides that the city is quite big and the surrounding suburbs are very calm and community ran. |

Was with my dad, we did a roadtrip on our way to Serbia through a couple of countries. Going from Paris to Belgrade, our first stop was in Schwyz where we did hiking in the surrounding mountains, drank beer, visited the city and lakes and talked with some locals (amongst other stuff). The atmosphere surprised me considering the status of that part of Switzerland, the people were actually very lively, calm and actually mostly humble. Of course the place is spotless and beautiful, the only problem was the parking but you can find ways to manage. |
