Serious: Who else here is under 20?

Hi,
So going through a bit of a isolation crisis with age here, haha.

Who out there / here is 18-20?

I feel like I’ve jumped on the train too young, because I’m struggling to meet similar aged Entrepreneurs/Nomads - I’ve met a lot in their early/mid/late 20s and onwards, but there is this level of disconnection I feel with older ones, I’ve come to think that those in their 20s and beyond tend to see 18 year olds like a young version of themselves, thus belittling (unintentionally or intentionally)

This is just my beacon to all young Nomads, if your reading this! Message me, or leave a comment! Would be nice to speak with other young nomads.

Be grateful you’re so young! I wish I’d be traveling at that age! I started at 25!

People are obsessed with age, they’re either too old, or too young. You realize though that age is less important these days than it ever was. Don’t let age dictate your behavior. Do whatever you want whenever. It might feel weird because you can’t reflect yourself to peers of your age because you’re doing different stuff, but fuck that. Do what you want!

I see that. That’s stupid people. Why don’t you just lie about your age? Say you’re 28 but look young. That’ll change their perspective.

You’ll probably always feel some level of disconnection, either it’s age, subculture, behavior etc.

I am getting on a bit!! Great to know though that there are young nomads out there - though hopefully not just you - because its a great lifestyle and the younger you start the better. I started travelling at 22 (we used to be called PT’s) and lived in three places during the year and still live in three places just not the same ones as then when it was Spain, Thailand and Germany (now it’s Italy, Switzerland and Argentina) and so it is a lifestyle I totally recommend and adopting the PT / Nomad lifestyle was the best move I ever made.

What features would you like to see on Nomad List?

Hi everyone,

I would love to hear what you'd like me to build next on Nomad List, or any other product/feature feedback ideas you have.

It's been 6+ years now but I'm in this for the long term and with the boost remote work got last year it's even more exciting to work on Nomad List than ever.

The next products/features I have planned:

- 🛂 Rebase: visa, residency and immigration services for remote workers

Most Walkable Neighborhood / City In The World ?

I love living in walkable areas of town. I can always find them. But now I'm wondering where in the world are the most walkable places? I'm imagining walk streets (no cars), zoning allowing both business and residential, parks or beaches ,etc.

Hi everybody. I live and work in Germany and want to go to Canary Islands for 6 months to work from there. I'm going to keep my current job, just change the "home" in the home office part of things. Are there any tax issues I have to be aware of? I was reading about becoming a residence after 183 days, thus having to pay taxes there plus my employer having to register there. Does anybody know how it works exactly? Thanks a lot!
