Smoking bud in noodle heaven, whats not to love

Arrived in Bangkok, booked a place in Khaosan and instantly regretted it, got no sleep with the music shaking my room until 6am. So i bailed with no refund and just jumped right to pattaya, did not regret it one bit. My first hotel in Northern Jomtien was elegant and relaxing, 5 star experience, i spent christmas there. After a while i start to get sick of all the sex tourism, its lonely and boring when every girl you meet is a part of the red light and i dont feel i fit in with all the sleazy retirees. Hard to find a decent cocktail so i move to south jomtien spend my days smoking weed on the beach and make friends with the one bartender girl who treats me like a human being and not a cash grab. All in all, not a bad experience. Oh, and my apartment building got set on fire at one point.

Back in KL again. I love this city but things are far more expensive now than last time, I don't feel it has the same value anymore. I stayed outside of Bukit Bintang this time, big mistake. Pudu has nothing but chinese restaurants, no variety, no spice of life, it lacks the multiculturalism that makes KL so great. And besides, the better Chinese food is on Petaling Jaya street.

Good to finally be back in bali after covid kept me away. Met my old friend Dwi and my new best friend Ara. Spent a bunch of time in Canggu, met some cool people at Dojo which sadly got shut down shortly after i left.

Didn't expect to like bangkok so much since Phuket sucked but Bangkok is my kind of city. As a plus, weed was legalized a couple weeks before I arrived which gave me another big reason to go back.

My indian friend warned me not to go, but I didn't listen. Mumbai is a shithole my first hotel was a complete scam that had been shut down by the police. I caught omicron, i had a miserable time and i never want to go back.
