All good, Revolut doesn’t work. If you have a nice card, ATMs are the cheapest way to get cash.

If anyone else was curious, foreign cards do work in 90% of cases, but sometimes they randomly don't (although switching to another card may help). They DO NOT work in most ATMs in my case, but they still do in some of them. And I also wasn't able to buy Belavia tickets via their website.
