I haven’t been but a friend of mine recommended her. Also all beauty industry in Kazakhstan is pretty good (especially nails) so most of the places should be decent to good. You can check rating either on Yandex maps or 2Gis (google maps is not as popular)

hmm, yandex maps and 2gis would be good to have. Perhaps Glovo for food delivery and Yandex Go (instead of uber)
