you said micro SaaS would get $1000 per month, but then you are not sure about where to look for funds... So that is all speculation. Applying for a residency to an accelerator is not that viable for a nomad without radically changing lifestyle

Just my 2c: (looks nice place) in room 1 it feels very cold, perhaps due to low light and sparse white, I wonder if painting walls a slightly warmer colour might help. At the very least, have the light on in the photo. Then in the last pic I think having framed paintings on the ceiling will be bad for “feng shui” meaning feeling unsettling. I get that it’s quirky but ultimately you want people to feel at ease at the accommodation
