Yes totally agree with you. Yes Barcelona seems vibrant, it’s big enough to have things to do! I’m afraid to get bored in small places after a while. Valencia looks beautiful. I went to Sevilla, very cute but little bit small for long term.

Hello, can someone explain how the list is made? It's not really clear to me why it changes so much. For example now Dubai is 13th but used to be much much lower back in February
