How much does it usually cost to open up a Cyprus LLC and set up payroll / dividends and how much is the accounting usually?

With just one b2b client to which the Cyprus LLC would send invoice (it’s my other company abroad: before closing it I’d prefer to keep it operational and open a Cyprus entity on the site while I personally move to Cyprus, and potentially later on just remain with the Cyprus company and close the one abroad).

Do you recommend having a company in Cyprus / living in Cyprus? Or anything to watch out for?

I chose Cyprus because being there 2 months only. It depends of personal preferences. You can also choose more legal accountants (pay more, less risk) or more let's call aggressive ones (pay less, more risk)

What about cost of opening company and yearly accounting in my case?

It depends what u need to do accounting wise

Talk to a law firm i.e neo.law (what i use) they often have accountant refs

I don't remember & I think different accountants give different prices

do you recommend checking airbnb to rent for 1 or 2 months? is it feasible to find rent at 1000-1500 euros per month? which city you recommend for easy access to beach and tennis courts?

"affordable" and "limassol" are a contradiction

I'm a UAE resident (italian citizen).. I don't need any other residency unless you tell me that can help me save on rent? I'm planning to stay in cyprus a couple of months per year

my summary of cyprus is:


Paphos: Very boring/Very quiet, not much nightlife/things going on overall, very touristic (Paphos was the first time I saw ppl selling things targetted at tourists i.e souvenirs on the street). Worth a visit but I'd never wanna live here personally

Larnaca: Town vibe, barely any nightlife from what I hear, close to the airport

Aiya Napa: Lots of very drunk teens and brits partying

Nicosia: Capital, landlocked, affordable. Some say it has the best nightlife but i've never been so can't say. Others say its more boring

Limassol: Expensive, lots of people/expats/nomads, good nightlife, good restaurants, lots of interesting people here (it's where I live so im def a bit biased), horrible traffic

I've been to Limassol at City of Dreams Mediterranean and played tennis at the academy there.. Spent a week walking around in Limassol.. I loved it

Prob a good budget

Is a car needed or taxi is reasonable?

They will never pick you up unless u go to the airport
