Hey man, congrats, nice to know that your citizenship finally processed (: In short I’m unaware of a service and generally standard rules don’t always apply in Portugal (some companies or services ask for things, others don’t, quite confusing/frustrating). What I did was to get a Comprovante de Morada with a friend who owns a place there… Just went with him to authenticate it at a notary
