Airbnb in UAE is very bad idea. You will find horrible partitions and some of them might not even mention that it’s a partition. Lots of scam etc.

With the regular visa u need to live here for 6 months in the year, otherwise visa is canceled

Anyway you have to spend some time here, not sure exactly how long. You will need to show proof of income (at least 3500 USD/month), you have to have health insurance

the difficulty is not in the company opening but rather in getting corporate bank account. get clarity on this before you start the whole process

I put 'Entrepreneur' which was a valid value from the drop down. But I also know it could totally be the reason and maybe they were expecting a "normal" profession like web developer. If I would try again I would change it but after what I read on Reddit that this error can also have a completely different cause I don’t want to blow 80€ again before knowing for sure that’s what it was.

Yeah, the errors are not reliable. However, Entrepreneur could also have caused the issue.
