Airbnb in UAE is very bad idea. You will find horrible partitions and some of them might not even mention that it’s a partition. Lots of scam etc.

airbnbs in dubai for winter would get crazy expensive (dec-jan dates at least)

With the regular visa u need to live here for 6 months in the year, otherwise visa is canceled
