I’m thinking about a pop-up coliving in Adicora (north west) its a kitesurf town close to Morrrocoy and Tucacas. But also open to consider an excursion to Roraima and Angel Falls. And 1-2 days in Caracas. Any place you are interested in?

I am actually planning to go to Venezuela in February, but a little bit hesistant due to safety concerns. I am not a beginner, I speak Spanish and I am with Colombians/Venezuelanos. However, we were planning to cross the border from Arauca by bus. Of course, all the embassies strongly advise to NOT do this, but I am wondering if someone has a realistic idea of whether it would work and how safe it is.

Getting stopped by the police and giving them money is no problem, but I don't wanna have other serious problems. Any experiences? 😄

Hey not to be a party-popper but be very careful when travelling inside Venezuela

The problem with this country is there is no law to trust, so highly recommend getting a tourist guide/friend to take you around safely if doable
