On Santa Cruz I stayed in 2 different hotels with Starlink. Sometimes there was rain and internet was gone. In the evening it was usually unusable. Afternoon was so so. On Floriana I stayed in a homestay with Starlink and a room they let me use as an office for free. On Isabela my hotel had Starlink but reception was only good on the ground floor (not the room) but many places there have Starlink.
Not all places with Starlink had their antennas properly adjusted. This was 2.5 years ago so things might have changed.

I paid around 30% of the crazy prices on Booking.com without negotiation. They charge per person when booking directly. I traveled alone.
