Yeah those where our two options also, although Paphos seems to have better nature, more chill and cheaper rentals though, all things I like

I know some expats in Larnaca too, and some locals in Nicosia

Yeah Larnaca has the main airport which is obvs great for connectivity, wanna stay a min of a week in each place to get the feel

I'll stay 2 days in Larnaca, Paphos, Limassol each

In Limassol there is nothing much to do besides food, party and going out. Also, they have a big Community.
Paphos is definitely more diverse when it comes to nature, beaches and stuff to do. But its smaller tho. Also noteworthy, Limassol is at least 30% more expensive (real estate).

Just arrived in Cyprus for two months. Bought a cute small flat in Ayia Napa to live in and rent via AirBnB during the rest of the year.

Planning to use it for LTD incorporation and applying as a non-dom via the 60 days rule to get fiscal residency here.

Taxes here aren’t great, but if you go through a dual-structure with an offshore to avoid corporate tax, then you’d avoid 12.5% in exchange for company maintenance fees in 0% jurisdictions like Hong Kong, Seychelles, BVI etc.

I think we can talk more on #taxes channel to share some experience about substance and feasibility of the structure.

Overall pretty safe on the streets no ghettos or anything

I am from Cyprus (live in between Dubai/Cyprus), Cyprus is VERY safe considered one of the safest countries in EU

There’s lots of cleaning “companies” here that charge exorbitantly.

At Larnaca now, to spend 1/2 month here to keep my residence... Though hope politicians vote not have to anymore!
