Are there any nomads here that have experience registering and then deregistering their flat in Germany? ("Wohnungsanmeldung"). I was here a few months now and realized I should have registered. Leaving Germany again now. But for my visa they want an "Anmeldebescheinigung" in Germany to know I live here. So I'm wondering if someone has gone through this: Registering, then deregistering again for a short term lease. Any help would be much appreciated

Hey folks, could you help me to understand, how to top up ALDI talks by credit card?

In the ALDI Talk app on iOS I found only a way to top up by IBAN, and in this case an owner of the bank account and an owner of ALDI SIM should be the same person, but I want to top up my friend’s account. Is there any other online options?

I managed to use someone else's bank card to add credit in the Aldi talk app.

We put her bank details, but my name and address for the bank account... All I can say is that it worked. About a month ago.

i know you said by credit card, but if you are in germany you can also go to a store and buy a prepaid credit for aldi talk at the counter

i also always used iban so i'm not sure if credit card payments are possible, sorry.

Give the IBAN a try with your friends IBAN and your address.

We just tried it because we were in Croatia at the time and for some reason it worked.

The address I used wasn't even mine, it was a random gym in Germany.

I think the system isn't particularly watertight.

is anyone deregistered in Germany and living abroad longterm but still has a stock portfolio with a German bank? Looking for advice how to handle that. Heard before to best close that depot and move to Interactive Brokers?
