We were there in November and it was fine. The Internet in our specific hotel was not the fastest, but we always have our mobile backup.

But not gonna lie, it's crazy hot out here haha. And Kuta is way smaller than I thought it'd be

I stayed there last summer, youโ€™re right itโ€™s not the most amazing place itโ€™s just good cause it has the coworking/easy to meet people - but you can come as an external guest so maybe do that instead and find a better accommodation not far. (Itโ€™s true that my room had mosquitoes ๐Ÿ˜…)
