Sapri, Scario, Palinuro... that area is breathtaking. Close to Maratea if you like going high and see some low mountains Trecchina is quite nice

Second this. Enjoy this area before it gets absolutely destroyed by over-tourism. It's going to be the next Amalfi in 2-3 years. Total tourbus shitshow. It's still pretty quiet now...

I also don't think I'll be making it to Ancona either, I'm in Tuscany right now and is probably as close as I'll get (I know its not very close hahaha)

I think I've had too much quiet time around the coast so I'm keen to spend some more time up north around Milan/Como/Turin/Venice 😅

I would go at least to Umbria, some of my favorite towns in the world are Orvieto and Spello, very close to Toscana

I quite liked Milan for what’s its worth :) not saying it’s my favourite destination but it has a lot to appreciate

I spent a month there. There are small pockets that are ok but the majority of the city is a graffiti-covered dump.
