Hey Chris, First Thursday is always worth it! It’s happening every first Thursday of the month. You can find the program online. Lots of art galleries, bars, restaurants are open til late and there are many parties everywhere. By the way, I like your YouTube content - keep it up!

Airbnb or something else? Looking to do a 2-3 montth stay in Cape Town from March-May. This year, Facebook groups seem to be better cost wise for short term rentals, but not always based on location. Is that true in Cape Town? If so, which neighborhoods do y'all recommend? I've heard good things about Gardens.

I was only in Cape Town for 3 weeks so I’m not super familiar with the neighborhoods. But! Load shedding is done. It’s very rare they have to do it like they did it for the first time in almost a year and it was only for 4 hours a day over the weekend. My work has not been impacted at all in the 2 months I’ve been in the country.
