I was looking into it. House prices are just insane rn, not sure if this is worth it.

Feels like market is ripe for a downturn. That said, it hasn’t happened and it just keeps accelerating for the past few years

I had a visa already with another company. But the new company cost is 5500 AED per year. I will add my visa to the new company I created, which will cost an additional 9k AED for 2 years.
