Can I pay with my phone in UZ (NFC stored credit card app like Google Wallet it Apple Pay)? Arrive tomorrow, wondering how much cash to take out.

Uzbekistan has it's own payment system called Uzcard/Humo, you probably won't be able to use NFC for payments.

You can get a digital uzcard with payme.uz or click.uz and use it for payments. I would fill the balance of those cards with paysend.com

Visa/mastercard available only at major stores, small shops and cafes accept uzcard or cash. Pretty much everyone has uzcard.

Hey, sorry for late response. Both of them have vitural card feature. You should be good with either of them.
