Anyone have experienc working from some city near Patagonia? I'm trying to plan a 2-3 month remoteworking trip to Argentina next september, but it's just so huge!
I started looking into Boenos Aires but I'm more of a "mountain" person (I live in the north of Iceland), so my friend from Cordoba reccomended I go there or I just go somewhere in Patagonia, maybe Bariloche. I did find some coworking spaces in Bariloche.

Bariloche has been an international tourist destination for quite some time now and, although I haven't visited recently, I think you shouldn't have any issues finding appropriate infrastructure. Also from Bariloche is quite easy to go visit Chile, which also has great mountains, and some of the longest ski seasons at Corralco. For your interest, a good base town there could be Pucon or a bit more south, Puerto Varas.

Might go to Argentina early next year. My girlriend's Colombian and would come along. Would be nice for her to work in hospitality. Anyone knows how lenient/anal they are about showing up and working for cash? Does she need to apply for the MERCOSUR thing? I don't care how much money she makes, just that there's something for her to do.

about calm areas, I would look into Agronomia, Parque Chas, Saavedra, Villa Santa Rita, then going a bit more centric, Villa Crespo, Colegiales, Belgrano, but on the city, everywhere is quite alive!

I've rented a studio on airbnb. I think it's the best to look for accomaditions if you're planning something for longer than a month
